Last updated 4 November 2026
1. About these terms
1.1 These terms apply to DuctSheet (we, us).
1.2 By creating an account or using DuctSheet, you agree to these terms. If you use DuctSheet for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
1.3 We may update these terms. We will give you at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app. If you keep using DuctSheet after that, the new terms apply.
2. Accounts and subscription
2.1 You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. Each account is for one named user, may not be shared and can be active on one phone at a time. A team plan covers the number of named users stated in that plan, and each user has their own account.
2.2 New users can try DuctSheet free for 7 days. Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown before you pay. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
2.3 You can cancel at any time from your account in the app, or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Except as required by law, payments are not refundable.
2.4 We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period.
3. Your licence to use DuctSheet
3.1 While your subscription or trial is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use DuctSheet for your own work measuring and documenting ductwork.
3.2 You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:
- copy, download, scrape or reproduce any part of DuctSheet, including its code, screens, layouts or calculations;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or try to extract its source code;
- modify DuctSheet or create a product based on or substantially similar to it;
- resell, sublicense, rent or share access to DuctSheet;
- remove or alter any copyright notice, trade mark or branding;
- bypass any payment, login or security feature; or
- use DuctSheet for any unlawful purpose.
3.3 If you breach clause 3.2, we may suspend or end your access immediately, without refund, and take any other action available at law.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 DuctSheet, including its software, design, text, graphics, name and logo, is owned by us and protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws. © 2026 DuctSheet. All rights reserved.
4.2 Apart from the licence in clause 3, nothing in these terms gives you any rights in DuctSheet.
4.3 If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you.
5. Your data
5.1 The measurements, drawings and job information you enter (Your Data) remain yours. You give us permission to store and process Your Data only to provide DuctSheet to you.
5.2 We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), where it applies.
5.3 You are responsible for keeping your own copies of Your Data. After your subscription ends, we may delete it after 30 days.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
7. Disclaimer and liability
7.1 DuctSheet is a measuring and drawing aid. You are responsible for checking all measurements, dimensions and calculations before fabrication or installation.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including fabrication errors, rework, lost profit or lost data.
7.3 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7.4 We aim to keep DuctSheet available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Ending your access
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or do not pay. We may stop offering DuctSheet with at least 30 days' notice, and will refund any unused prepaid fees.
